Jeffrey obtained his Juris Doctor from Taft Law School and has been admitted to the California Bar to practice law within the state. In addition to his Juris Doctor, Jeffrey also earned a Master in Business Administration.

Jeffrey obtained his undergraduate study at Cuyamaca College receiving a degree in Paralegal Studies with honors.

Along with his legal education, Jeffrey has also earned a Certificate in Computer Technology.
